What you should consider is that he is the ONLY candidate, republican or otherwise, who would end these wars, instead of expand them. That is the bottom line, and he won't be able to change much else on his own, especially in 4 years, as he has to go through congress. @RedHorizon100 My position on Ron Paul has changed in the 2 years since this post. However, I do think he is one of the most honorable men in the house. But he is also a slick politician doing things like putting things in bills he knows will pass but then votes against the bill (knowing it will pass anyway). If I vote at all, it will be for Obama because none of the republicans that could actually win are appealing to me.

Ron Paul is the only politician that I would trust with my own personal money and the only politician that I trust. The man has impeccable integrity and that is something that is sorely lacking in any other politician. Obama is just more of the same. Minorities supported Obama en mass and they would be much better off had they supported Ron Paul. With Obama, nothing is changing, just more of the same. The stimulus packages just make the problem that much bigger and no doubt most of it wasted.

Ron Paul was the only truly genuine candidate running, but a real reformer can never get elected. Viable candidates must conform and be approved by the elites, the CFR, the trilateral commission and must have the support of the mass media which Ron Paul didn't. Obama did not vote for the war because he was not in the senate at the time but he did vote to fund it. Many Obama supporters do not know this because Obama like Bill Clinton is a master of deception and has the support of the media.

Is there any clear plan for practically implementing this? Without this he sounds like a crazy. Also: if he has a great student following, Ron Paul should have got them involved in producing the campaign material (those peeps look odd). Finally: if Ron Paul is too old for the presidency, then will his message outlive his political career?
Ron Paul delivers a shocking critique of the power relationships we never hear about in the states. He evidently has a respected following for a third-party candidate and thereby certainly a threat to both parties' bankable vote count - HOWEVER - no serious rebuttal has been made to his argumets, has it? @RedHorizon100 My position on Ron Paul has changed in the 2 years since this post. However, I do think he is one of the most honorable men in the house. But he is also a slick politician doing things like putting things in bills he knows will pass but then votes against the bill (knowing it will pass anyway). If I vote at all, it will be for Obama because none of the republicans that could actually win are appealing to me.

An unprepared or nervous caller to the Mark Levin show in June of 2011 was saying exactly that ,that Ron Paul received more money from military members than any other GOP candidate(The Study by Center of Responsive Politics ). we did not see him on T.V because it's part of the play. When Obama(democrat t.v. actor) is done killing more of the republic, Ron Paul(republican t.v actor) will look more inviting. Ron Paul is the only politician that I would trust with my own personal money and the only politician that I trust. The man has impeccable integrity and that is something that is sorely lacking in any other politician. Obama is just more of the same. Minorities supported Obama en mass and they would be much better off had they supported Ron Paul. With Obama, nothing is changing, just more of the same. The stimulus packages just make the problem that much bigger and no doubt most of it wasted.

Ron Paul was the only truly genuine candidate running, but a real reformer can never get elected. Viable candidates must conform and be approved by the elites, the CFR, the trilateral commission and must have the support of the mass media which Ron Paul didn't. Obama did not vote for the war because he was not in the senate at the time but he did vote to fund it. Many Obama supporters do not know this because Obama like Bill Clinton is a master of deception and has the support of the media.

Furthermore: Ron Paul seems (in my current opinion) to be suggesting that drastic restructuring of the US legislature and operations are in order. Is there any clear plan for practically implementing this? Without this he sounds like a crazy. Also: if he has a great student following, Ron Paul should have got them involved in producing the campaign material (those peeps look odd). Finally: if Ron Paul is too old for the presidency, then will his message outlive his political career?

Ron Paul delivers a shocking critique of the power relationships we never hear about in the states. He evidently has a respected following for a third-party candidate and thereby certainly a threat to both parties' bankable vote count - HOWEVER - no serious rebuttal has been made to his argumets, has it? If I'm right in thinking this then how is this the case? Could it be that he actually has a point? I'm stuck here.

The FEDERAL RESERVE will run the country for yet another 4 years. It was a done deal with both McCain or Obama.
Kennedy was the last one with enough guts to stand up to them and Ron Paul is the only potential there is of saving the U.S. from them. Four more years may very well be too late to get it done.

It's easy to throw around words like "sheeple" and "blind Americans" when the truth is that the majority of Americans WANT Ron Paul or someone like him as president of the USA. Realistically, there are SEVERE logistical obstacles that prevent Ron Paul from even getting on the ballot. Blame should be placed on those in power who abuse it, and the people should be empowered and inspired instead of derided and abused.
