@makakamakaki Hello! Thanks for your comment and question. The instrument demonstrated here is a prototype of the 'Opal Gecko' by S.O.M. (Shape Of Music). The 'Axis 49' is a product of C-Thru Music, and has the same note pattern as the default tuning of the Gecko's tunings menu. Hope this helps clarify these products :-)
@rayzian Thank you! It's a chord sequence that my keyboard-playing friend Danny Mattin wrote out for me, and suggested I try out on this 'Gecko' prototype. I will ask him to remind me the title of the song. I recall that he said it was based on the jazz composition, 'Autumn Leaves'. Maybe he'll post a reply and enlighten us!
Looks cool. I like it better in concept then a traditional piano. My Dad tried to teach me the piano when I was young but I found it very frustrating. There was too much to memorize, and I had a very short attention span.
Thank you for your kind comment. To answer your questions, aftertouch is assignable to the real-time controllers but not triggered from the keys. However, the keys are weighted and velocity-sensitive. The price is $3,562. Both models now come in hardwood cases but of different solid-guitar-based construction methods: bound with figured veneer top or solid-slab.
No, Our firmware is totally different. Upgraded - yes, a few times by now. If you like you can email me if you want more detailed information - I don't know your email address!
Mine is on the website, I don't know if I'm allowed to write it here?
This is actually called AXIS 49,i think. And where's this available?

Two questions:
1) Does it have aftertouch?
2) How much $?
