Yihowah will write our name, or not, in the book of remembrance. if we assume we'll be there we make ourselves a weed by the act of judging ourselves and being abnormally righteous/self-righteous. God will judge us based on our heart condition but ONLY HE can truly say what that is. simply do your best and hope it's enough. the new system is a hope, not a promise.

If you really think about it, yes governments are wrong and they still respect the laws and pay their taxes, they don't salute the flag but never disrespect it. I was recently studying with them on who will not inherit God's kingdom and it doesn't say non JWs (read Galatians 5:19-21). Catholics are kind yes, my sister is a catholic who I love and admire very much but unfortunately in her church they have statues and they pray to Mary and the bible teaches to preach to God only through Jesus.

I've been to their meetings, assemblies, studies, gatherings, parties, weddings, funeral services etc. I see things for myself not for what others tell me, their teachings come from the bible...I have no doubt. The watchtower today is led by true christians, they have cleansed the organization from falsehood and teachings by men and by some of their early leaders thru the teachings of our Lord Jesus. read (John 17:3)

The JWs however have a bible reading schedule, they read the WHOLE bible throughout the whole year, every week they share what they learned from the reading at the ministry school meeting. Each person shares what they liked the most etc. Obviously they also read the bible by itself without the bible aids but with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I am not a theology expert but I do know JWs, they're good people, why prosecute them?

The real date according to the ACTUAL source the JW Pretends to show, she said it was 586 BCE. NOT 607. Look up the proof.

@janequorzar The Watchtower recommends that you be careful or stay away from social networks and chats but they don't force you. It's a personal decision. I love being on face book but yes there are some crazy stuff going on with a lot of young people who don't know how to use it wisely and end up in very bad situations. They recommend it for their own protection it's not a rule.

In fact, go to Alabama in certain areas. You will see the black Witnesses will sit on one side of the kingdom hall and white on the other side. @janequorzar Well it is not what the bible teaches nor the Watchtower. I live in TX where racism is still an issue although theres such a diversity of races but I don't see it with the JWs. If a JW is a racist he/she wll be held accountable. Each has to seek their own salvation. @WCherokeeW Ahh so you must have missed the part in their book, chapter 15 and later where it shows nothing but the good side and is biased toward the JWs. Basically, the JWs have a past reputation of getting dates wrong as well as killing children. But they leave that out. You look outside of the JW religion and you look at the law suits that have been posted against the witnesses then you will understand more that that book is biased and written BY them to make them look good.

@VAIO294 That's not what I said but even for JWs it is essential to believe in Christ Jesus and follow his example in everything they do. The Watchtower is where the publications are printed, translations are done and distributed and that's where they organize their talks, meetings, assemblies etc, but all of that is based on the bible and what Jesus taught. God is fulfilling his promises only through his son, Jesus will vindicate Jehovah's name as he always gave glory to his name.

@jaz11mataz please allow Yihowah to judge whether you will see your brothers/sisters in the new system. never assume you'll be there. Yihowah will write our name, or not, in the book of remembrance. if we assume we'll be there we make ourselves a weed by the act of judging ourselves and being abnormally righteous/self-righteous. God will judge us based on our heart condition but ONLY HE can truly say what that is. simply do your best and hope it's enough. the new system is a hope, not a promise.

If you really think about it, yes governments are wrong and they still respect the laws and pay their taxes, they don't salute the flag but never disrespect it. I was recently studying with them on who will not inherit God's kingdom and it doesn't say non JWs (read Galatians 5:19-21). Catholics are kind yes, my sister is a catholic who I love and admire very much but unfortunately in her church they have statues and they pray to Mary and the bible teaches to preach to God only through Jesus.

Yes whoever believes in Jesus has everlasting life, also salvation is through faith in Jesus but doesn't the bible also say on James 2:26 that faith without works is dead? You are judging by the name of their organization but yet you do not see their works. I am not sure if you attended their assembly "Follow the Christ" ...hmmm

I've been to their meetings, assemblies, studies, gatherings, parties, weddings, funeral services etc. I see things for myself not for what others tell me, their teachings come from the bible...I have no doubt. The watchtower today is led by true christians, they have cleansed the organization from falsehood and teachings by men and by some of their early leaders thru the teachings of our Lord Jesus. read (John 17:3)

@VAIO294 I have read part of it, not all of it. The JWs however have a bible reading schedule, they read the WHOLE bible throughout the whole year, every week they share what they learned from the reading at the ministry school meeting. Each person shares what they liked the most etc. Obviously they also read the bible by itself without the bible aids but with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I am not a theology expert but I do know JWs, they're good people, why prosecute them?

Jehovah Witnesses many Bible Aids has a SLANT that promotes the Watchtower Organization, just like the Book of Mormon SLANT promotes the Mormon Latter Day Saints organization.
So,, reading the Bible BY ITSELF is essential inorder to know GOD, and NOT to get the Watchtowers un-true self-promotin g SLANT on the Bible.

The WT leaders even use their "Greatest Man" book to preach a DIFFERENT Jesus who is NOT the savior and who does NOT save anyone... Then they promote their ORGANIZATION as the source of salvation INSTEAD of Jesus.
The JW Jesus is NOT the Jesus OF THE BIBLE.
JW's have even been SLANTED to NOT eat and drink of the Bread and Wine as Jesus commanded ALL of His followers to do.

I recall visiting an assembly and finding religious fanatics outside yelling at them, wearing signs and calling them "hypocrites, fornicators, adulterers" screaming things about Jesus, hell and all kinds of things. They got the 607 BCE Wrong. Proof of that is everywhere. Look it up. I'm not telling you anything here that you cannot verify. Their whole belief system is based on 607 BCE. The real date according to the ACTUAL source the JW Pretends to show, she said it was 586 BCE. NOT 607. Look up the proof.

I don't agree with a lot of the religious leaders who are making a business out of church but I don't go posting hate comments on their videos or attacking them, after all only God sees the heart. JWs have always answered my questions with the bible. Invest your time preaching rather than attacking JWs... obviously it's something personal

@janequorzar The Watchtower recommends that you be careful or stay away from social networks and chats but they don't force you. It's a personal decision. I love being on face book but yes there are some crazy stuff going on with a lot of young people who don't know how to use it wisely and end up in very bad situations. They recommend it for their own protection it's not a rule.

In fact, go to Alabama in certain areas. You will see the black Witnesses will sit on one side of the kingdom hall and white on the other side. These are things I have personally seen with my own eyes. And yet "we" were supposed to be united. So what you think your taught, may not be what everyone else has been taught.

@janequorzar Well it is not what the bible teaches nor the Watchtower. I live in TX where racism is still an issue although theres such a diversity of races but I don't see it with the JWs. If a JW is a racist he/she wll be held accountable. Each has to seek their own salvation. You can't go around judging them all for the mistake of one, or more than one...God sees the heart, imagine if I say all pastors are greedy and all priests are rapists and homosexuals...that would not make any sense!

Even JWs are aware that they have to be reminded of what God requires from us and the type of worship that is acceptable to him. Even some JWs have mislead others, the watchtower publications support ONLY what the bible says. Other religions are good and have the bible but get mixed up w/ world affairs, paganism etc

Witnesses reach every corner of the earth to find righthearted ones.

@WCherokeeW Ahh so you must have missed the part in their book, chapter 15 and later where it shows nothing but the good side and is biased toward the JWs. Basically, the JWs have a past reputation of getting dates wrong as well as killing children. But they leave that out. You look outside of the JW religion and you look at the law suits that have been posted against the witnesses then you will understand more that that book is biased and written BY them to make them look good.

@janequorzar but over all, there are several Scriptures that refer to the fact that God's people have ALWAYS been known by his Name. as they should. all the prophets and loyal worshipers of old as well as first century Christians and beyond have used the name of Jehovah in their own tongues to denote the fact that they alone are his TRUE followers. (Isa. 43:10, Rom. 10:13; Ps. 9:10; acts 15:14-18; john 17:26) they have kept the tetragrammaton when translating for the NWT Bible. (Rev 22:18,19)

@WCherokeeW The Encyclopedia (dot) com, and other sites as well as the SAME archeologist the JWs use as a reference, say that the Babylonian captivity, is defined as "the period from the fall of Jerusalem (586 B.C.) and you'll see that the JWs use 607 B.C. instead, and they say that is when the date for the fall of Jerusalem under Nebuchadnezzar is, and arrive at 1914 A.D as the return of Christ. In other words, they are wrong. Find out more about this. They have no proof.

@VAIO294 That's not what I said but even for JWs it is essential to believe in Christ Jesus and follow his example in everything they do. The Watchtower is where the publications are printed, translations are done and distributed and that's where they organize their talks, meetings, assemblies etc, but all of that is based on the bible and what Jesus taught. God is fulfilling his promises only through his son, Jesus will vindicate Jehovah's name as he always gave glory to his name.
