  • I'm re-watching this video and as soon as I heard you mention "grounding cord" I got that uncomfortable feeling that I experienced the first time I tried it. To be honest I haven't tried to since then. I need to though. Maybe I'll try again tonight.

  • @spiotticd I received my training from a woman in BC, Canada. Unfortunately, she doesn't give over the phone training. I would recommend you do one technique I've uploaded for 30mins each day for a week, then switch to another technique/exercise and see what happens. Also, I can assist you if you like. Email me

  • When you are running the earth energy, how long do you run it or beore opening the crown chakra to run the Universal energy? In the video you stated to run it over and over, then you moved on to opening the crown chakra and then mixing it. Thanks in advance.

  • @ejfelco It is up to you. Do it to the point you feel is harmonious. Only thing to be mindful of is sometimes people have said the grounding feels very uncomfortable that can just be growing pains and getting used to grounding but it can also be that the earth and universal energy are unbalanced. So if one or the other feels uncomfortable direct more energy of the other to balance it out. Earth grounding uncomfortable? More universal energy is needed.

  • When grounding myself I imagine it as an umbilical cord. I notice myself (in my psychical body) rocking back and forth a lot, especially my head. It's almost uncomfortable. Am I doing it wrong? Thank you so much for teaching us all this :)

  • @3dcutie You are experiencing what most experience. When moving out of your comfort zone it only makes sense for it to be uncomfortable. The rocking is something I experienced at first too but learned that it was resistance. You don't feel safe or trust fully. Before going into meditation use positive affirmations of safety. Also ask what you are afraid of in the meditative state. For me it was being controlled. Release what you fear out your grounding. Keep at it!

  • @Jevixdluv Thank you SO much for all that info! That does make sense! Hm, I never really thought I had a "fear" connected to it. I'll have to look into that and find out what my fear is. Do you mind me asking, what was the fear you connected with grounding?

  • @3dcutie The fear is more so the fear of the unknown. Since one is unsure about what may or may not happen one will try to stay in control to a degree. Once you surrender and allow then the uncomfortable feeling subsides. The more you do it the more comfortable and trusting you become. Just cause one is sitting still doesn't mean one isn't resisting. Take a look or rather take an ear to your inner voices to remove the layers of doubt. There are more exercises for surrender if you need them. : )
