Great tips on setting the bike up on the stand and practicing. To ride hard you need damn good thigh muscles and solid abs to hold your ass in place while hanging off. It doesnt come naturally either. Takes practice.
yeah your right if your legs and abs are not sore as hell after a track day or hard mountain riding you know right there that your doing something wrong.

Counterleaning is for really slow short turns ONLY.
Like driving 8's and so on.
Higher speeds its just gonna go unstable.

Cool vid. I've found though I'm more comfortable with pull left go right rather than push right go right.. Guess my brain works better that way lol.
