hi nick! thnx for the vid! it's so nice how you pay attention to the entire pose. i started with poi to improve my posture and especially the rsi in my arm. when you take the time in your vids like this i really believe someday i get it :)
If this is poi fu, this is awesome! Love this direction in which poi eveolve! though it would be nice to see the posture from the side as well, legs, pelvic, chest, chin and rotating to whole body (a relaxed flow dynamic position is slightly different from a standing static posture, and I believe both are good to practice). It would be interesting also to see a video of movements without poi (like what aileen did with the contact staff, but she's one of a kind so it's eaiser not to get bored :)
haha i have been a subscriber and bought many things over the past year. unfortuneately i've never met you. but im striving to keep up with you! :D even though im only past my first year as a spinner. this technique i am comfortable with already, took a second to make sure i was doing it right. along with everything else you taught in past videos and your friends videos i wish i could be one o f the greats...dare to dream :)
