as a hairstylist I recommend the It's a 10 miracle finishing spray. it doesn't flake and weigh your hair down like other sprays can. my hair is very short with the back tapered down and one side cut around my ear and this product has always worked for me. if you sray it in and wait a minute, all you need to do is finger comb your hair and you'll still keep a good hold without your hair feeling stiff. hope this helped!

Does your hair look greasy the next day after applying all those products to your hair? I recently cut my hair short and I have no clue what to do to give it that silky soft non greasy just out of the salon look. @KrissD74 Schwarzkopf do a very light version called Refresh Dust, which comes in a spray can and leaves no residue. Its my favourite because I either have black or red hair.

sabastian shaper plus hairspray is my go to :) its got a good hold without being crunchy and it smells glorious!

also something good to try for texture is paul mitchell tea tree shaper cream, its similar to a wax but it is way more moveable and doesnt leave your hair feeling as heavy :)

Thanks for doing this video. I have short hair too which seems like all I can do with and I need ideas. I use TIGI Catwalk Root Boost when I blow dry my hair. Then I flat iron it, then I put TIGI Rockaholic Punk Out Molding Gunk on. I finish it with TiGI Rockaholic Fun Times Flexible Hairspray. I want to try that finishing spray you used. I tried the Bed Head Marshmello stuff you used, but it didn't work on my hair. What a bummer cause it smells so good. Hope I gave you some ideas.

I love your hair like this the most! For hairspray I recommend Redken's "Fashion work" canned hairspray. I use it all the time in Cosmetology school, and it's my favorite to work with. Would be great for your hair because it's not really stiff, but has just enough hold, with added texture to your hair and even volume if you work with it for that purpose.

A product really similar to manipulator that I loooove is the Kenra texturizing taffy. It smells amazing and it's so easy to work with. It's not too heavy and you can do a LOT with it. I have longer hair and I use it to piece out my ends if I need more texture or smooth down fly aways. As for hair spray, I'm a big fan of Bed Head Hard Head or Tresemme Tres Two. :)

Tresemme hairspray is good hairspray Ive used. Especially for my bangs with that cowlick. Also Kenra hairspray is good but you have to watch out on what one to get. some are more oilier then others.

I LOVE Tresemme hairspray. I believe I use the Tres 2 spray. Get it at WalMart. It works well but isn't sticky, crunchy, and smells good :)
