The Palisades (another pseudonym for The Cookies) recorded a tune called "Make The Night A Little Longer" in 1963. Having heard this Susan Maughan song first, I assumed it was the Palisades song was the same, but it is totally different. This is a great performance.

@villanova5215 No disrespect. I tend to think that everyone tends to like the music from their youth, and as we get older, we may not feel the same about popular music. This song is a bit before my time, but I am not feeling this one. I think the lady is pretty, but the music and rhythm is not my favorite , but then again, I grew up with mainly gospel and r&b. I respect your opinion, but having grown up in the hip hop era, I have found that for me, some of the songs bring great memories!

I've been big into Pop Gear for the longest of times... known as GoGo Mania way back here on local TV, it was always a highlight to catch this film when they would show it around 12:00 or 1:00am.
