Unfortunately I don't know. I found it on a cd of an Ugandan friend, but not being an original cd, neither the names of the songs or the album was there. You could try to look for Ugandan lullabies maybe you can find it like that, and also I think there is an iphone application that recognizes songs. Sorry I couldn't be of much help.
