OMG I could never add EVOO on my toast unless it was a flavored dipping oil. Very nice egg recipe. I tend to add a little cream or milk in before mixing. It makes the eggs so fluffy. I add salt, pepper, garlic powder and a dash of greek seasoning to my eggs. Top it with some Franks Hot sauce with a side of bacon cooked in Vermont homemade syrup and venison breakfast sausage. Enjoy meal with a side of coffee and Crysis on max settings.

When you're stirring it in the beginning, does it start boiling by any chance?

@angadkripa4lyf I'm pretty sure it didn't boil up in this video. Try not to let it boil, since by then it will start to cook the eggs too quick imo. if you continue to stir, and have the flame at low - to low/med, you should be good.

@sterlingman It's been a while since I used ketchup on eggs (when I used to eat fast food breakfast sandwiches). Sometimes I will make a breakfast burrito with these eggs too, yummy!
