How did you make the hatch able to open and close so nicely? That looked like a long, detailed labor of love! Nice job! Again how long did it take to do the hatch?

Hand made plastic tracks were installed on the inside of the hull for the hatch to slide between. A plastic stop was glued to keep it from sliding too far and to make it easier to close. It took several hours to build.
