My interpretation of this video is that there's this kid is arrogant from when he was a kid and he is always bragging. The brags start off childish but as he grows up he is getting more and more out of control and then he's like a dictator and a violent power hungry man.

this song is amazing. I love the way it starts off with the creepy half-whisper "I can ride my bike with no handlebars" - as if there is something more sinister to come from that seemingly innocent show of skill.

to me, that first lyric pans out to represent an arrogant and scary attitude of America towards the rest of the world.

@DomuDude the no handlebars thing you could paraphrase as the childhood part is rather a metaphor for the american adminisitration that went outta control, so doesn't have a handlebar anymore. thats why people can easily be eliminated through a telescope, or other states be surpressed by missiles.
