here's another way using a hair dryer set on hot and high: make sure the case is on your phone properly, turn on the hair dryer and hold it about 3 inches from the bottom lip, after about ten seconds the rubber/plastic will start to soften, when that happens turn off the hair dryer & use your fingers to hold the bottom lip in place while it cools; tip: don't use the hair dryer for too long or u might melt the case or overheat the phone, I'll put up a pic on my page when I get a chance
