THe officer did in fact have injuries to his head so there was a pretty good struggle. From what I am hearing, this can not be declared as police brutality, but unfortune incident where someone died. Here is what I do not get.. this is his mother's house and he went for a cigarette.. how the fuck does a cop justify killing an unarmed man, if he was being hit arrested him, taser him every cop lose their little 'zap zaps'. And the gun went off when he grabbed it.. He is a soldier you fucking morons he knows his way around a gun..
