This is very good, Proffesor, Good governance, innovation and infrustructure always go hand in hand. In Africa only few countries enabled to sustain these three but Ethiopia is at the bottom because of the ethnicist, tribalist rule which gives too much attention to divide and rule than promoting unity and cooperation among people.
