"The Boxer" and "I've Just Seen a Face" are both good songs... I doubt either one copied off of the other, though. Lots of songs use humming and "la la la"s in them!

Actually "The boxer" was recorded after "I've just seen a face" so I don't think there is any reference to it in McCartney's song
