Thank you Jesus for the good news, as everyone still has time to repent. We have 7 billion people on this earth, how many will go and how many will stay? I would say a lot on both sides but we are all given the knowledge of right and wrong believers or not and it's your choice to make. You can choose the narrow road it's not too late, Heaven will be large enough for everyone as it will be brought down to earth after it has been rid of the evil. @SuperBspb The "good news" is even more grim than you state. If you believe and serve as an unquestioning Christian, Jesus promises a dim chance of going to heaven. But if you read the description of heaven, you'd have no interest in going there. Heaven in a cube. The dimensions are provided in Revelations, along with a description of the 12 layers of precious gems in the foundation, gold so pure it's clear, constant light and constant songs of praise.

Cool music, however I must disagree. Jesus often speaks with parables as what is absolute cannot be expressed in a dualistic view. When he told about killing and thinking about killing are similar, he tried to make a point of human heart. With a heart willing to kill, the action of not killing is not your true action, only an action of "the flesh", effort, not your true self, restraint. Jesus' aim was for people to become such as not willing to kill or have ill will towards others.

Read the OT, and you will see that it is ALWAYS God doing horrible things to people: earthquakes, floods, fire from the sky, plagues, etc. It is always God losing his temper, God describing himself as angry and jealous, God who holds grudges for 10 generations, God raining death and curses and destruction from heaven. THE WHOLE REASON BEHIND THIS VEIW.... In the OT.. God brought in the LAw... The OT is all about the Law... Satan being AGAINST God, says no. To not live under the law.... Then in the NEW testiment, it switches. In OUR world, Law Condemns the spirit, because by trying to live by the LAW yes we will burn. "And place these Laws on the side thereof to stand a witness AGAINST thee" Satan works thru Wisdom. Which works thru the law... I doubt this makes sense to anyone though....

this is a new direction in criticising religion. In former days, atheist would merely focus on question the reasonabeness of the existence of god. What was neglected, however, is to criticise the ideas of cristianity. This is what this video is doing and I think it's a welcome move.

PS~ I could give you roughly 50 contradictions in Genesis alone. John Lofton's "debunking christianity" site has them listed along with the different accounts of the crucifixion & resurrection. Who wrote the gospels? Do you actually know? The authorship alone is enough to disregard the bible as false.

@bodeezy ProfMTH has a "brief bible blunders" vid series that focuses on biblical contradictions for you to see. I see no reason for us to argue the points. Neither of us will give up our position. I was a strong believer until I realized that I didn't have any reason to believe claims of any god & questioned why I believed what I did. Then I read the OT & NT many times & researched the origins of the bibles. This led me to be unable to believe in any abrahamic religion.

@H Actually, researching is what led me to becoming atheist. There ISN'T plenty of evidence of Jesus existing, nor being crucified & rising from the dead. You realize that he wasn't even written about in his own supposed lifetime? The books of the bible were written 40 yrs after his supposed death. The Jesus myth is very similar to MANY mythical figures that came long before the Jesus myth. My faith was very strong & I learned all I could about it. Reading the bible is what started imy atheism.

Bart Ehrman & Emmett F. Fields are two biblical scholars that agree the bible contradicts itself.
