One of the reasons around 2008 that vp faded away was that there was a gameplay shift. The game became more rice oriented thats why chinese teams started to shine with their 60 minute farming and top tier items. The gameplay has changed with 6.71b once more and has become much more aggressive. I d say that 6.71b has shifted the gameplay back to what virtus pro was doing. Gang push and be aggressive. Too bad chinese teams play dota like nobody's business.
