Uh... This boss is only unseen if you have the Mike Tyson version of Punchout where Mr. Dream who was the final boss of the original version was replaced by Mike Tyson in the Mike Tyson Version.
Two Tips for you: 1.) Work your way up to Mike Tyson/ Mr Dream through fighting all the other opponents to learn valuable strategies and to sharpen your reflexes. 2.) It is known that Mike Tyson/Mr. Dream is the hardest to hit and all his attacks are K.O.s in the 1st round. Exhaust Mike Tyson/Mr. Dream till the 2nd round where he is easier to hit and his attacks are not as strong.
Another reason was that Tyson had lost his Title to Buster Douglas and Nintendo didn't renew his contract, so Mr. Dream had to step into the ring in his place in that game.

Most Punch-Out!! fans' DREAM is to beat Mike Tyson or Mr. Dream, depending on which version was bought. The Mike Tyson boss, was only available to the first few shipments.

Honestly, I thought it was a joke when people kept saying that this was the original release. All you have to do is watch the beginning, "Copyright 1987, Copyright 1990." Right there. The original is copyright to 1987, when it first came out under the title "Mike Tyson's Punch Out." The release of the second, after Tyson lost his title, was copyright to 1990. Why would an original version of a game released in 1987 have a second copyright date three years in the future?

i thought this was an obscure thing,but there was two versions of punch out:one with mike,called "mike tyson's punch out!!!" and one with mr. dream,just called "punch out!!!"
