Since the compost bins sit so long, and produce such a high temperature, you could take this one step further, and provide ALL of your hot water needs! Put a 200' coil of 3/4" poly tubing into the bin as it is filled, and hook up the water supply. Free and unlimited hot showers for everyone!

EXCELLENT! this is REAL sanitation in a sustainable way. This is needed in all developing countries. My organization has wanted this for years! PRAISE THE LORD! I will not build another latrine, but will send people to learn this system so we can institute it at our missions.
