It's a way of adding other media to what you wear. Previously you could only display images on your clothing. Now you can link them to your website, Myspace, Facebook, videos, music and games.

Oh I understand you can store information on this barcode type thing and your mobile phone will scan it and it comes up with website URL's etc. Right?

So where would you be able to print these kinda things from. I doubt normal shops around a shopping mall would sell them.

If you're asking about the shirts, you can get those from ExtendedIdentity-dot-com. You can make codes to print on other stuff at Augme-dot-com.

The Nokia N95, N93, N93i and E90 all have built-in barcode readers that will work with this T-shirt. Lots of other phones can run the software, but need to download it first (free).
