Best version ever, my favourite singer too. I think also he would have much control over the production and arrangement of the songs he sings. Does anyone know very much about the person Art garfunkel. I saw him breaking out "jazz"-like once and he has talent beyond what we know about.
Man, I've never heard this version. It's really great. Love the layered and full sound in the production of this. Has a dreamier tone than the Wonder version (which I love as well.)
Kinda strange.I feel like blowing my brains out with a shotgun, whilst listening to this beautiful song.It would certainly be a more romantic ending to this evening than just going to bed,and waking up the next day.
@vudoo85 ,haha what makes you say that?are you just another one of those michael jackson fans that trolls around videos saying mj was the greatest, and hes the king blah blah blah..
@fishhed01 please don't be harsh to vudoo85. Don't forget that there're generation born in MJ era, and never herad of Simon&Garfunkel before.. they might get confused at the first take.. in the long run only th ebest will be remembered .. S&G will be there for sure..cheers
@tourist54 i understand what youre saying, but age isnt an excuse for ignorance, and since mjs death you can find fans on elvis, the beatles, smokey robinson, any pop video saying mj was better or without mj none of these artists would be around today etc, even saw,"without mj music wouldnt exist" and "there will never be anyone as talented as mj" given he was talented, how naive and short sighted is it to say there will NEVER be another person in the entire history/future of the world better..
@fishhed01 hi .. thanks for replying first of all.. I did mean to justify,it' s just a matter of facing reality. I was lucky enough to know a bunch of great artists back in 70s and now I am in a far-better position to understand where inspiration comes from, compared to any teen-ager nowadays sorrounded by thousands of diff styles, sounds, sources etc. Without a proper guidance, anybody would simply get "lost". However you made a good point.. cheers

Lush and gorgeous. What's amazing is that his voice was/is just as beautiful live. Ask anyone who's seen him perform.
