  • please halp me anyone, my drive can read cds fine but if you put dvds of any kind on it nothing happens and when i open explorer and click my drive its empty pls help guys...

  • hmmm do you mean backup discs? or real bought games?

    if backup (burned) wont work

if real unplug cord from (not the ribbon cable) the miniusb (the cord that go's from the usb thingy to computer)

  • dont read dvd of any kind, burned, pirated, original or bootable dvd's, btw what cord do u mean?

  • you can screw it back together right it doesn't have to be opened all the time right?

  • I found fitting this was a bit tight in the case but its a class product, no more burning back ups... :)

  • lol ok you tell me exactly how you are going to fit a drivechip and the flatmii into the wii and close it without any problems? You are a tard if you think you can fit all that extra stuff into it.

  • Ive installed a Wiikey on my own and theres more than enough room for this.

  • What YOU don't realize is you don't have a clue. This is completely false. From the user guide:

"The combo mode uses the wii dvd drive just as a original wii .You activate this

mode when opening/closing the flatmii's PC software or by unplugging the

flatmii usb cable from your pc ,use this mode to play your original wii/gamecube

discs or dvd backups when your wii has a installed chip."

IE, if you disconnect the usb from the Wii, it behaves normally. Do some research before you call it lame.

  • need help, after installed, it did not read my wii sport dvd anymore, I'm I missing anything? thanks

  • The flat cable that is installed looks to be long enough to go completely around the drive, over the top. Installing the way the video shows could allow the cable to open the connector.

  • no its not check your engadget

  • dont mean to be none believer but this could very well be fake..

I mean, engadget may 'report' this as being real..

But has it been used by anyone else besides this guy?

  • the second cable is a bit too long.

    why is there no techno?

  • why did he not put the screws back in?

  • 1:29... he has the screw in his hand, then it just disappears! WTF?!?!

  • so the small 4pins wire does nothing?

  • The other wire goes to a usb device that plugs into a computer. That's what feeds the data to it. (From an ISO on the computer's hard drive.)
