there is more on this story in the video response section. i do want to say this is NOT a result of a hate crime but robbery. however, south asians (indians, pakistanis, bangladeshi, etc.) regardless if they are immigrants, or in this children of immigrants, are seen by criminals as easy targets for robbery be it in the u.k. or in north america (usa & canada).
