god what the hell happend to music this is the shit i cant stand anything modern im stuck in the 90s and people at my middle school make fun of me but their all douche bags and they need to learn what real music is
Ya know, this might be why I don't listen to Nirvana like I used too. Yeah,I was there in the 90s. All everybody talks about is his death on most these videos. Hes dead. Who cares how. Talk about the way the bass and drums meld nicely or something!!!! His death made me depressed about listening to Nirvana's music for years. I won't be leaving another comment like this...
Ya know, this might be why I don't listen to Nirvana like I used too. Yeah,I was there in the 90s. All everybody talks about is his death on most this videos. Hes dead. Who cares how. Talk about the way the bass and drums meld nicely or something!!!!
that is about the rudest thing i've heard towards the guy. telling him what to do with himself. If u know any thing about him, u'd have the slightest clue about the amount of suffering he was going through.
This is a great vid! During the time they were really popular I was with kids in diapers and it all went past me. But the funny thing is that when my kids were about 11 years they came with their music and I bought some CD from the band and I relived it all. So yeah, it's kinda timeless.
Pat Smear contributed to the LOUDEST gigs . If you dont like those gigs , you dont like me . Just find some " milk it " live clips , man that's killer .
i do like those gigs im just saying that i liked back then when it was just them. but i still liked them when pat was there. and yea milk it is badass song
i personally think pat didn't hurt nirvana at all he only added because kurt could sing easier because he wouldn't have to worry about play every little guitar part.
@KingVerdo Well i don't know Kurdt, but in several interviews. He said: it's easier, heroin problems, but most of all to round out the sound.Kurdt liked feedbacks. In Live and Loud you can hear how he plays with feedbacks which gives satisfaction i guess :D
@vader941 Kurt plays pretty well in this concert. I mean he messes up on purpose and everyone knows that. But when Pat came Nirvana was real big. Could you post a link to that interview?
i heard courtney surrendered the catalog to dave and kris i can't remember where i heard it but after a long battle they won the rights to the songs,,,about i think a year or two ago,,,,not sure though
that would be cool,,,,,i think it would be good to hear some nirvana live again,,and even better if chris would pick up his bass again,,,,just for a moment,,,,,,what a great show that would be
Gibson made a 4 string reverse Firebird Bass which is what this looks like. They also made a 5 string version with the 5 tuner on the opposite side of the peg head. It's hard to tell for sure. Next time I see Krist I'll ask him if he played one.
@parkerman6 The good news is he did not kill himself. Courtney helped to have him murdered. It was just never investigated because The multi-culti new world order HAD to start thier anti-white comunistic assault on society and unfortunately Kurt was one of the first to go no matter what they had to do. They just had to do away with influential white artists who dominated the charts to usher in the crappy rap music of today. Like it or not that's the real truth.
@sxocial there is almost 0 real evidence for that, and every little "fact" that conspiracy theorists use to support that claim are either unfounded or not even relevant. Here's some actual facts; Kurt Cobain since his young years told people he wanted to get famous and go out like Jimi Hendrix, and it was one of his goals to join the "27 club". Guess what? He got exactly what HE wanted. He's now ascended to legend status because he wanted to be a rock star tragedy, so he blew his brains out.
@westpsmity actually there is a lot of evidence of that. courtney had hired someone to kill him, i forget his name, but he played for a band that played atrocious music. the man said it himself in an "interview" that she offered him money but he turned her down. Also, kurt was planning to divorce courtney, something no one ever mentions. if he was planning to kill himself, why bother with a divorce? you are basing your statement on the "official" story and something kurt said when he was young.
@westpsmity also, the investigation was poorly handled, the body and evidence was moved too fast before an actual thorough investigation took place. courtney "hired" a private i to look for kurt when he escaped rehab, but surprisingly never told him about the house where kurt was in, which was the obvious first place to look. courtney was facing losing millions of dollars to her name if the divorce went through. she had worked hard all her life to attain fame in any way she could get it. she did
@westpsmity you can decide for yourself if, maybe not if kurt committed suicide or not, but at least if it is worth reopening the case for investigation. everything i told you is from the documentary kurt & courtney by nick broomfield. btw the guy that was offered the money was El Duce of the The Mentors. Oddly enough, two days after that interview, he was killed by a train.
@sxocial I've seen the documentary, and I know where the conspiracy theorists are coming from, but in my mind it boils down to a few facts, outside of the official story; 1. he was depressed off and on his whole life 2. he was severely addicted to heroin 3. he talked about committing suicide privately and in songs/publically all the time, also stating he'd do it that year (ie, at age 27) and 4. There's no reason he couldn't have killed himself. No one will know for sure, so whatever.
@parkerman6 that is rude. I think he is free to do whatever he wants with himself. If u know any thing about him, u'd have the slightest clue about the amount of suffering he was going through. R.I.P Kurt....
dont, tell me what i wanna hear. im afraid of never knowin fear. i expireance everything in spades. homicidal jelousy. your all jelous of what i got....
this song proves what a great bass player krist is....easy guitar riff but jesus christ its one of the best songs that nirvana produced...unbelieveable...they were the last rock band that will make an impact on peoples lives coz nothing comes close nowadays
Amazing. Nirvana is truly ever-lasting magnificence. Anyways, just reading Heavier than Heaven thing. Didnt know Kurt wasnt at all that dont-give-a-shit guy who just happened to be famous. He was actually planning his career as a pro-musician. Kurt ftw!
One of their best songs - not played live too often because it's written about another girl so Courtney wasn't all about that. Most beautiful voice I've ever heard. I wonder if there's another who can make me feel this way...
