Oh, and 5% bodyfat. I'm at 8.3% and I have a ripped 6 pack.  I'd take a guess at around 22%. Maybe this is before he did his cutting cycle using steroids which he later got caught for. I'm not really against the use of steroids if people take them because they have a problem producing testosterone, but taking them in a sport where it's banned-that's just cheating.
