Bikes with seats lower then 24 inches are illegal in Florida.
Popping wheelies in the street will get you in trouble here in Québec, so it's best done in empty parking lots and such. So long as you're on the roads you're expected to use a bike in a vehicular fashion, seems quite reasonable by me. But we don't use the term "fancy bike riding", jeez!
