love the video! You eat so healthy! good inspiration. How do you cook millet? I have some raw/dried and it is for my bird lol but never thought of cooking it! How do you get your iron, being vegetarian? Oh and i think Rocella in Aussie is Rocket :)
@summerchic21 all great questions. to cook the millet just take 1 part millet 2 and a half parts water/ or stock, bring water or stock to a boil then let it simmer with the millet, should take 10-20 mins. as for my iron I try to get as much through my diet as possible so alot of dark leafy greens, I enjoy a grain called amaranth which is loaded with iron half a cup covers about 50% of the daily need. also I am supplementing theres a good amount in my prenatals. :)
id be interested in the millet recipe too, gonna sound funny, but i was looking for it at the store today, do they sell it in ppl food, or do i have to go to the bird area? thank you
15 euros expensive? No way hun, thats $30 here and let me tell you that stuff here organic would cost alot more here eg. we pay about $10 for the blueberries and usually $5 for a mango EACH lol
Really yummy! I love millet :) Rukola (this is how its called in Slovenian too) is rocket in English :) And its really hot in Slovenia too, I dont want to cook too much either :D
jealous of your hokkaido....we don't get those till closer in the fall. I really like these videos. Gives me some good ideas. Papaya is one of my fav. foods. Do you make quinoa or Bulgar? Did you make the coconut sugar?
@pinkdahlia4 I love Quinoa, I made a nice porridge with it this morning. :D and the coconut sugar is actually a mineral from the coconut plant. it is a very healthy alternative to white sugars its very rich in minerals and it doesnt take nutrients from the body like white sugar. I got it at my organic shop you might have a similar brand (amana prana), its fair trade. it actually doesnt taste like coconut at all its got a very caramel/ brown sugar taste its sooooo good! glad u liked the videos!
5 tomatoes! lol

Rucola is also known as arugula or rocket depending where you are, in case anyone is wondering.
