those pushups are wrong, you are meant to scoop the ground up only a few centimetres off the floor, after that you dont just push up again you have to scoo down and go back the same way you came as if you were being played in reverse

Everyone on here saying "Sikhs are Hindus with a different religion" are idiots. Sikhism is a fusion of Islam and Hinduism, and it has obvious roots in both faiths. Buddy, you have it wrong, Sikhs are as much a 'fusion of Hinduism and Islam' as Christianity is a fusion of Judaism & Paganism. Like Christianity makes reference to Judaism, Sikhi makes reference to the most prevalent religions at the time- Hinduism & Islam. Couple of differences Hindus believe in many Gods Sikhs in oneno idol worship etc. Sikhi is fundamentally different to Islam-God is in all human beings, even the kafirs or "infidels" Sikhs believe in reincarnationthe list goes on..peace

What a lot of rubbish some comments here are...Hindus have great Martial arts (Kalarippayatt for one, out of many). Hindus fought and resisted Mohammedans barbarians bravely, and the Rajputs, many times kick their sorry arses! Shivaji is one Hindu hero amongst many. No they are not hindu's don't have martial arts they were conquered by every race until the sikhs were created who fought all invaders. My grandfather fought with sikhs in the war they were the best fighters out of india. Later hindus tried genociding them.

Sikhs are respected as Hindus by Hindus, as they are, another sect/tradition of Sanatana Dharma, however a seperatist movement (Kalistan) is fuelling tensions between Hindus/Sikhs and preach a distorted version of Sikhi. Nihang Sikhs are most faithfull to the Gurus teachings.
