@ParaFacSub she keeps extending her tour here in the USA, i think it's been extended 3 or 4 times, more and more people want to see her, when the younger ones who weren't around when she was in her prime popularity hear here and see her show they are all blown away.. she's received nothing but rave reviews from critics and fans for her current tour,, it's been going on for over 2 yrs. she seems to really be enjoying doing the shows too like she did in the early days of her career.

I've been trying to see any artist from the Motown era when they're over here (sad to say but before it's too late). Most have been great (with a couple of MASSIVE disappointments!) but none have even scratched the magnificence of Diana live. The disappointing part of her extended US tour is that it lessens our chances to see her in the UK anytime soon.

I remember watching this at 8 or 9 and not wanting it to end. I got my Mom to buy the album of the show so I could at least listen to it again. This was before home video recording, You Tube, etc. Back then when a tv show was over, it was over until the next airing. I still have that album, by the way. Diana was cute, adorably funny in the skits, and sang like an angel with near perfect intonation and an infectious joi de vivre. She was in exceptional form for that taping. I want the DVD!
