When the phone rings at 2:10 a bell is clearly heard but it's actually a trim phone and they didn't have bells.
When it gets knocked on the floor at 5:22 you can see it a lot better.

Look at the bottom of the screen at 1:49 when Purdy runs out to catch Steed and Gambit before they drive off. Right at 1:51 the boom mic accidentally gets pushed into to the scene. Man, I've watched this show too many times! I love it. RIP, Gareth.
