luckily it was just my ps2 that blew up..... just looks kinda weird cause it's the first ps3 model with the fat ps2 av cables lol

got it to work the ps3 av cables were fired so i am using ps2 ones now and it works

fixed it my sister had somehow changed it from av to hdmi lol thanks Miniyo26598 for the vid..... now i have my ps3, 360, ds, and 3ds all working again..... if only my other systems hadn't blown up lol

@Miniyo26598 Sorry I haven't a clue, but I left the colour cables going in through the front of the Toshiba TV though they never seemed to work. What did work was having a freeview digital receiver box which I had a scart going from it into the back of the TV. Although the PS3 was never linked into the digi box, if I wiggled the scart half-out of the digital box for some reason I could view my PS3 on my Toshiba.

But now my digi box has finally died I'm back to square one.

@VGlenn670 this playstation 3 is PAL so maybe you would need different type of cables i presume or perhaps the colours are incorrect.

when you say it isnt working is the ps3 not working or the TV or is the PS3 not responding to the TV on the correct channel??

you must look for that button

@axileas124 dont worry all of the cables i showed in this video are INCLUDED in the box when i bought my ps3. and my ps3 is really new because i got it in late-august. if you dont hav the cables when you buy your ps3, any video game store would sell cables just for the ps3. my friend lost his cables for his ps3 and just went to the video game store and bought them. his ps3 works fine now.
