Man -- you Repubs fell for it hook line and sinker. Go Libertarian/Independent or don't bother. The distance between the two parties on socialization of the markets is very small -- each just wants to handle it in his own way.

Same could be said about the insurance company... I'd much rather the people (we the people) controlling how their health care is paid for. BESIDES... the government (we the people) will not be owning or running the hospitals. AND... the majority of we the people want the President to fix the health care.... that is a huge reason why he was elected in the first place.

I agree with you all the way up until you say that the majority of people wanted POTUS to fix health care. Sorry--i don't think that's why he was elected at all. Actually, 80% of us were satisfied with our current health care. Only 36% of the people wanted to fix healthcare. In the end, I think your concerns re: insurance co are well placed. Here's hoping that We The People will maintain control over our health and our care.

Very little the government does is Constitutional. This doesn't stop them from doing it.
