To all of you who don't know how to get a Tails Chao, it's hacked using AR, but obviously Shadow ONLY got the Tails Chao with blank stats, because these arent 9999, which is a hacked status.

raise ur chao with animals. some animals can raise ur chao's number stats twice as fast as chaos drives.

When I got my Chao From Phantasy Star Online it already has a A Rank Stats. but to raise your Chao Stats, once it Evolves to a Hero,Dark or Neutral it will raise one Stat a Rank up depends in what type he became example: hero Running, his Running Rank will go up. but to make a Chao Start with High Stats, try mating 2 Chaos that has high Ranks and most likely the one that hatches will have similar Stats to the 2 Chaos.

Ok in Phantasy Star Online there is a Place where you do missions do the fake in yellow and right after you finish the mission and talked to the Client then head back to the telepipe and there you will see a chao and he will give you a key, then head to town and there will be a GBA download machine download Tiny Chao garden then once downloaded instead of a egg chao on the garden there will be a Tail's Chao, then you can transfer the Chao to Sonic Adventure 2 battle or Sonic Adventure DX.
