what is the white paper you are running the hot air reworker over first? is this some kind of indicator paper?

No, not chance. We add the solder paste prior to reflow.

@circuittechnology i was thinkn of building one of these , i didnt even no they already exgsist, i was goin to use an inert gas hoping for some very good results, the discoleration of ornamental work may benifit from this
