yea this has proven to fail if your haven't seen the other similar videos on youtube. AT&T isn't stupid, they will detect that you were switching phones to access MMS, it will work but for a very short period of time. So this is pointless to do everything you want to send/receive a picture/video message.

3.Run this command(If you right-click on the cmd window you can paste): C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes\iTunes.exe /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1
it wont let me select the ipcc file when try to up date it please help

Please consider trying:
Running the CMD as a administrator to edit the iTunes carrier IPCC selection prefs

Our teams have been able to continuously use the enabled MMS without any interruption from AT&T.
