i dont know wtf you're on but that is infact a 4$ exhaust tip with a 3$ baffle. If you think you will find anyone dumb enough to pay you more than 15$ for this you need to lay off the crack.

@ninja6kid This is a polished stainless steel pipe that will not blue. The baffle is made for v-twin engines that are 2000+ cc in size. And yes, I have already sold a few for $75+ and they all liked it and know that they didn't get ripped off. Your comment is common, so I bought the $4 exhaust tip you said and will put it side by side with mine when I start selling them again on eBay.

@steelskin80 I have one left I can sell. I will put it on eBay. I might start making them again when it gets warmer here in Indiana. It depends on how many people ask for them. I sold the last two pretty much at cost I don't think I can keep on doing that. Well see. Keep in mind these are not WalMart $6 exhaust tail pipes. These are polished stainless steel pipes that cost $50-$75 depending on who is selling them at the moment. Then I have to buy and install the baffle as well.

@fafaforza This is not for all people, not legal in all states and counties, and definitely not for all communities. My community? The guy accross the street has a completely cammed out 69 Camaro. Another one has a loud black Dodge Ram, one guy drives a supercharged Mustang GT with no catalytic converter and with barely legal mufflers, and two houses from my right is a Corvette guy. Yep, this one fits right in my community. :)

@fafaforza True! I'm glad I don't have to worry about making my neighbors mad. But as long as I don't go wide open throttle, this bike is still not as loud as most bikes in Allen county Indiana. We don't have motorcycle muffler noise ordinance here. It's legal here to run straight pipes on any bike. But I do bring the throttle down in residential areas just in respect to others who work 3rd shift. Nice thing bout the SV is that even at low rpm you still get lots of torque so no problem there. :)

Again this will sell for an initial $150 each since I am not a mass producer. This is made of poslished stainless steel. Baffle is attached using one bolt and is removeable.

So on a scale of 1-10 (1 being stock 10 being open header) what would you rate it? I'm looking for something like this but don't want it to be stupid loud. If we want to order do we just post up on this or e-mail you or what?

@tchilders05: If 10 is no mufflers, then I would say this is an 8. Especially at idle, loudness is almost the same as straight pipe during wide open throttle. As far as tone, this has a deeper tone than straight pipes. My best selling point is that you don't lose much back pressure because of the removeable baffle. I love low end torque more than top speed, so this is the pipe for me. And I like it loud. I will use a sound meter to show you how loud it is vs straight pipe vs yoshimura.

@ronnelandrae im 6'5 and just did 700km ride with a snack break in the middle. ass was sore at the end but not enough for me to trade in the bike. my ankles were a little sore from being bent more then im used to but get rearsets and you'll be fine!

is this the gp style exhaust availble on ebay for the sv650? been very curious about it because i want a straight pipe exhaust for mine and the exhaust is relatively cheap

@jimalan89 Nope. I know that one on eBay. The one on eBay is just a $15 tailpipe with a home made baffle. This one is a real polished stainless steel mid pipe with a real baffle from a well known manufacturer. It really puts back the backpressure. I can feel the difference when I run straight pipe with no baffle.
