I like the song, don't get me wrong. I loved the whole big shiny tunes album (I think it was BST 3???) but this version doesn't seem quite right... This seems to be sped up and edited. I love the way he sings the "easier" and "kings and queens", because he doesn't try to make it sound nice but vice versa. He wants it so sound ugly(?) weak and almost insane. And that´s what I like about this song. When Rihanna e.g. sings about a sad love or something like that I sounds great. But the way he sings it fits perfectly with the meaning and the "soul" of the song. Same thing for the music and the background singers.
