Thanks for video. I will get the younger boys I coach to look at the wide range of jumping styles used in high jump. I tend to follow Hollis Conway in his training video. Apparently this is no longer available ? I have put this on YouTube if anyone wishes to watch these two videos.

Could you break this video into two with slow motion clips ? Unfortunately,YouTube does not let frame by frame playing.

At Homebush In Sydney, Australia the rules are a lot more strict and I cannot video at back of mats. Also, the younger boys in the background get a great kick in watching.

Hope to see a lot more of your high jumping videos. Could you try and use a better compression codec? I use DivX HD compression on an iMac Duo. Takes a lot longer to upload but quality vastly superior.
