@AmericanIdiotWannabe its like grinding for hours on end and its all random too. Thats why soul calibur IV is way better than tekken (not trying to start a flame war) because you know exactly what you need to do to unlock character items and cmon, who doesn't want to use weapons to kill people.
It a bitch because the prices for the items are too high. The easiest way is using the character you gonna buy items for, go to a stages that is easy for you & that gets you a lot of money. Personally I used the Dock stage, where you first fight Jack & since the items you get are random, sell those items that you won't use.
Soul Calibur is better because you can "CREATE" a character and edit characters.
Everything you get you can use on anyone, which to me is the greatest thing ever.
I just wrote that in the description as a joke but but I do care about Asuka 1st costume & Devil Jin priest costume cuz they are the coolest and i have played many Asuka's online and have seen many youtube videos of character customizations but haven't seen no one with similar costume as mine even when i play online people send me messages saying she looks cool
Don't worry about it mate, I don't even own the game. I played Tekken 5 and wondered how the character customization compared to it. I will prolly buy this when i'm finished with Yakuza 3 (awesome).
