i was there 2 years ago, and there was like no snow what so ever,

and even when we went skiing they had to use those massive snow machines...

Man u dont need to really learn to korean. I was there for a year at Osan AB and i learned just a few words and i an get around that. Especially in Seoul or Busan, the people speak decent english almost everywhere u go

the temprature at that time was around -8C. Currently -11C and around -15C~-5C for the past few days. That's in Celcius (-15C == 5F, -5C == 23F so you get the idea). Yes that's very cold and I'm freezing :/

Lol, I'm from West Yorkshire and I don't think we got 4milimetre!!! Just lots and lots of slippy ice. I love snow. If we had as much as that though, I don't think our streets would be so busy! We aren't used to snow... I think Britain would come to a stand still!!!

I was actually in UK when a couple of weeks ago it snowed like a centimetre and they almost cancel my flight to Korea. The people you can see cleaning the roads in the pictures are the shop's owners or normal people helping out. In UK we're still waiting for the local authority to send in the graders that they don't have so we can blame them that nothing works. Oh, I love Europe....

I know what you mean. Although it didn't snow that much, you couldn't walk/drive up my street for about 4 days unless you wanted to risk breaking a bone or two... it was that icy. I live near a residential home for the elderly and disabled and my brother and I went round when we could to clear the ice and go to the shops for them but no one from the local authority came. It's snowed ALOT today... I've taken pictures that I would love to put on youtube but I don't know how to make a video lol.
