I live in Singapore and was blessed with one of these type of dogs finding me when I went to the rescue centre. She is the most funniest dog you could ever wish to adopt. Always playful and crazy for human or other dog company. She is very smart, something I put down to inherent "street-smarts" of this kind of dog. If you get a chance to adopt one these type of dogs...don't hesitate. You will never regret it. :)

But that's normal: they are feral animals, and even domesticated individuals remain always very autonomous, compared to normal house dogs.
They may feel as members of Your "family gang", but usually in a way, that everbody can decide on his or her own - there is no boss who tells now do this or now do that, and all do it. They may coordinate their tasks - but they remain always individuals.
@alex4jesus we stay in Bangalore South. Yes it is possible to keep them as house dogs, when You take them as young puppies they may adjust to that life. These here were already adult strays when we became friends, so they have kept their original behaviour. What means: they usually don't follow any commands and so on ... ;-)

But: one of them does not even allow us to touch. The others are sometimes for weeks on the road in other territories (when there is a hot girl). They never follow commands. And so on - means, it is a very different relationship compared to "own" a doggy ... ;-)))

no idea why she is untouchable. It seems she was once in the ABC-program (animal birth control program), and maybe she has got there some bad experiences with humans.
ABC is performed by the communal authorities - they catch the strays, give vaccine and do surgery to the females, and leave them afterwards in the same area where they were caught. That's better than killing Pariahs - as they did in former years. That was of course nonsense - if You kill the one, the next will come.
