Its not just always about the speed factor but more of the WOW holly shit factor that is F-ing cool thats not something you see every day!!! I built a homemade turbo jet kart myself and I am now in the process of obtaining a AMT Olympus unit cant wait to get it. Keep up the good work great paint job
build a custom what ? engine ? what do you want me to do ? waste my time boring an aluminum block into an engine ? and then putting it together ? , not worth the time, the whole kit was $200 when I bought it now its around $150 for the same 80cc kit, and it has the chain and the gear, I don't have to look for parts, you still have to fabricate the mounts if you want it to sit right and not slide left or right. anyways it's super fast it only takes a few seconds to reach 45 mph
I didn't buy the whole thing together , the bike is a 26 inch trek mountain bike and the engine kit was separate, I had to put it all together, chain engine mounts gas tank, adjusting everything so the chain wasn't too tight, but anyways cool paintjob on the bike, and you should put that jet engine on a model airplane with metal servos for the wings and ailerons , it would be bad ass and it would be soo fast
No its not. It has an electric engine because he doesnt want to waste the gas if hes just going up the road with it or something. The smoke comes from the fire extinguisher, but the engine is a REAL jet engine and it does push it.
The wheels came from Quick speed. The turbine produces 45Ibs of thrust. The electric motor is 24V. Jet turbine =50MPH @ 1.2 MPG. The electric will go 18MPH for 20 miles.

so strange, what a waste of time, I bought an 80 cc engine and my bike did 45-50 mph easy , just google 80cc bicycle on youtube you will see others
