Great Video, I went to bass pro today and bought these snake soft worms they are kinda curved like a snake and are 9 inches long and move like swim baits and bass where I live can't resist them.! Good luck and Tight Lines~~~
Learn to cast with the same hand that you hold when you reel. Seen so many newbs that have to change hand after they have cast. Friggin annoying really
hey im mike, summer just ended here in florida and im starting to fish again. this year i wanted to make things interesting and do a little competition. catch your biggest bass out of each trip and post it. i will beat it. if your up for it, i will subscribe!
First off, get yourself a descent rod and reel. I recommend a reel with centrifical braking like the Bass Pro Shops Pro Qualifier or Shimano Curado baitcasting reel with a good quality 6'10"-7" graphite rod. Also, stick with a good quality brand name monofilament like Berkley Trilene XL/XT, Stren Original, Spiderwire Mono etc. Using higher quality tackle will lengthen the casting distance and up the fun factor.
@j0j0barz33 Yah fishing takes lots of patience, ya gotta be there at the right place and time and maybe you'll catch something..... or nothing! Good vid i subbed!
nice video jon! hey guys im a new angler and i was wondering if a couple of guys could check out my channel, if you have some time.. much appreciation, ashton
what kids of topwater lures to you use im 11 and a girl hahahah i love your videos and im not very good at topwater so if u could tell me what topwater lures i should get
If all you that are complaining about his talking would put that much energy into listening to his knowledge you might actually learn something a catch an extra catch or two.
@NMEneo instead of talking shit. why don't you make a video and show us how much you know. your talking shit about someone who is trying to do something they enjoy and trying to get somewhere with their hobby
i love fishing ponds have some much luck doing so but for some reason i dont have the same luck fishing rivers is there a certain type of lure you would rather use in rivers over ponds? great vids by the way
so far, in all of ur videos, all i see u do is try to fish. i haven't (in the 3 videos i've watched), seen u catch a single fish on camera. u always seem to magically have a bass in the next clip or scene of ur video. u seem to have great equipment and knowledge of fishing, but ur videos would be way better if we see u catch the fish and more of them.
outstanding job. great little spot you got there. U should try a ribbit frog with the big feet. Soft plastic that u can rig weedless, cast right on top of a lilly pad like a frog would do then burn it between the lilly pad islands. If the bass miss the frog on the top water strike, let it drop and they will chase it to the bottom. I have landed a ton of fish that I missed on the initial strike by letting that dude sink after they go for it.
@j0j0barz33 You cant even make a comparison between bronzeye frog and the horney toad and ribbit frog. Big difference between them, there will be days ou will kill on a horny toad and cant get a bite on a spro frog.
@55destoyer Get the Kopper frog, it's the best! If you want a frog that dives, then get Larry Dahlberg Frog. I don't prefer Larry's frog because it makes too big of a splash and it's not full proof weedless. But the Kopper frog just purely owns all if your going through huge Lilly pads and muck and grass!
you should use a rapala skitter pop or xrap or a huskey jerk ive been using them and almost every 2-3 casts i catch a fish just givin some advice bro happy fishing
@anglerth Everybody has something different, I like the zoom horny toad. Because you can buzz it along the top or you can let it sink and go across the bottom, or swim it mid water. Very versatile
nice vids.... I live in wisconsin and am big into bass fishing... im ur age. Frogging is my best technique. I use a shimano curado 200e7 left hand with a quantum tour elite rojas frog rod. I use snag proof frogs alot and spros to...
Cool man. I just got back from minnesota. Had lots of fun being at the family cabin catching bass all day on topwater. Thank god for overcast =p will have to get that up here... anyways cool video man nothing is more fun then fishing on topwater.
Your just assuming alot of people have to see fish busting on top to throw top water. And in a lake that has alot of vegetation your best bet is deep water structure fishing. Thats if you can get a boat on the lake and the lake isnt just a pond. If it is pond then petty much anything will work.
sweet vid man
