  • Nice designs, but not original in any way. I have a very original design on my hand, I believe the russians have tried it out before and they failed. I am concidering launching my design into marketing if things go right. Wish me luck.

  • how do u make it shine like that

  • what tool did u use to make the weapons

  • skin for CS :D

  • I think it really helps in just designing the weapon from its silhouette first, you get a rough idea what it look like, then adding the details. And it looks quite simple just lines, I never thought of that. Thanks.

  • I knew he would choose that gun for the 3D part. It looked the coolest to me too.

  • AWESOME !!! but from where do you take your ideas ? I am a good drawer but I miss the Ideas :/ I don´t know from where I can tak them ...

PS. I can´t speak / write very good english please excuse me...

  • keep clickin 0:10

  • @halo4everful lol

  • aw, thats was neat...I wanna get my hands on that version of photoshop

Im still using Elements, and I was lucky to get that ='(

  • great artist...what a douche!

  • u didn't show us how to shade the guns to look like they do @ 1:54! please tell me how u did it thx send me a message.

  • Is this good for someone who doesn't know anything about guns?

  • I really want this. Maybe but it soon.

  • FUCKING AWESOME !!!!

  • i feel like the biggest noob compared to this guy, ive only been doing 3ds max for 20weeks, i have a long way to go to get as good as this guy.

  • can i find free?

  • whAT PROGRAMM DO YOU USE FOR 3D TELL ME AND YOU HAVE MY SUB AND RATE

  • @mmgrekoss Seriously???? IT SAYS ON THE TOP OF THE FRIKKEN VIDEO

  • @mmgrekoss 3ds max

  • Wow, I just bought the tutorial... both parts together for 23 bucks right now on CA. Watched about forty minutes, and man... I'm blown away by how effortlessly he's able to take a handful of silhouette designs to a kickass bundle of thumbnails...

I haven't seen the whole thing yet, but Coro is mindblowingly good, and so far the tut's been pretty eye opening.

  • Awesome!!!

  • UH-OOF-AHH, hi guys!

  • Coro we love you!

  • omg ive just creamed my pants at these designs, i wanna make stuff like this!!!!

  • Those guns are awesome! Nice work!

  • WOOW!! oyu are the best i subscribe!! 5\5!!!

  • Could you make a video like this to show the steps in between rendering. In this video you go from silhouettes to almost fully rendered rifles in an instant. I'd like to see how you go about getting to how they look at 1:53

  • @SnIkLeeT This is a preview, you'll have to buy the dvd.

  • or download it. lol

  • HOLY SHIT Nice work man. I'm a future concept artist. This blew me away. Cant wait to learn to use those tools :D

  • that scary laughter at the beginning really startled me O.O

  • What is the background song???

  • OMG OMG OMG OMGOMGOMGOMG im well shitting it about ucas

  • How many years of experiance and how many years of school to learn how to do this?

  • Lots and lots of practice. Never stop drawing. Never stop imagining. As for schooling, you get back exactly what you put in.

  • i dont know but i want to xD

  • I wonder what his character drawings are like they must be awesome.

Protip: If you want to go into games development, start learning how to draw perspective and figure. All the 3d skills in the world wont mean shit unless you can concept out characters and quickly change them on paper. (I know because I'm goodish at 3d and shit at drawing, crap drawing really limits your 3D skills)

  • Those are for people who lack imagination.

  • @WarriorOfModernDeath what you mean?

  • Holy crap you are good at this!

    You inspired me! Thanks!

  • More! Maybe focus on the sections/phases of development rather than zoom through the whole process for people like me.

    Awesome work.

  • does anybody know the name of the music that's played in this video.

  • Ites by Djunya

  • That video was pretty freakin intense!

  • If u hold down shift while making a line it will go straight. Or atleast in older versions it does.

  • dude ur amazing at this

  • I got a question for Photoshop. Now correct me in anything that i'm saying wrong, bu i'm new with this kinda stuff. When he's drawing, I suspect he's using a tablet, ho does he get his lines so straight? I've recently gotten into hand drawing and i've been working in 3ds max for abou a year. If anybody wants to give me any tips or anything that would be great. -Chris

  • Awesome vid.

  • that gun was sick, how long would that take to learn, bc im interested in the field, may try for a job at bungie.

  • Beautiful, sad though how it jumped from your basic sketch to the finished product at least for a novice like me.

  • Cool! You know when I was 26 I used to animate guns, cars, helicopters and planes. It's true it's very fun, but sometimes annoying and confusing when you can't get something right.

  • Daaaaammmmmnnnn. That was coooool!

  • Totlay AWSOME!

  • It's amazing seeing a professional work like this, It gives me a better understanding of what the process is. very nice work guys.

Is it possible to order Massive Black through my news-agent or a CD & DVD sales place?

  • so true about layers. I used to paint everything on same layer and thought "Why the hell should I use more layers. It's a drawing, not matte painting on somethin'" But I found out that layers are really helpfull on lighting and many other stuff.

I learn from my own mistakes, lol

There aint no better way to learn.

    ;)

  • thats very smart, i have got an airbrush painting of the gears of war lancer gun on canvas looks just like the real thing its 3 feet long like the original, if anybodys intrested ill be putting it on ebay next week

  • Buy the DVD, highly recommended to anyone who has a desire for working in this field. Or laughing.

  • Lol that sounded interesting.

  • good work!!.i gust started to make weapons in 3D now i working on rifle for my fps game

  • i like Coro's taste with music, nice dubstepish tune right there, the dvd helps upcoming concept artists alot i bet. its just great!

  • To think that your favorite weapons in your favorite video games all started with a guy just randomly blotting black gun shapes on a photoshop canvas.

  • this was in Imagine FX wasnt it

  • I got these tutorials (Parts 1 and 2) It was great. really got me going

  • gr8 tutorial :)

  • excluding the 3d part.

  • he didn't really tell us anything we needed to know...

  • I think thats becuse this is just a preview. Buy the DvD if you want to learn something from it.

  • @ToxeCryz I cant find where to buy them

  • nice

  • Cool weapons.

  • That was pretty sweet. Coro's really good, he's a unique personality as well.
