  • @BabeeBeaR2024 A good starting point is two sets of 12 repetitions (resting 30-60 seconds in between sets). The 12th repetition should be the last one you can do with proper form. If you cannot reach 12 without a significant struggle, the weight is too heavy. If you can continue past 12 without a problem, the weight is too light. It is better to start with a light weight and add more as you become stronger and the exercises become easier.

  • Squats are REALLY good for your leg muscles. I did a class called below the belt and core and my inshape gym and it felt GREAT. Your legs to feel like "noodles" afterwards but you'll be okay(: just give your body time to rest and keep doing it!

  • I have been struggling with my legs and butt for a while now. I'm pear shaped and I have a small upper body with well.. a big bottom/thighs. I'm so sick of how they look, but I haven't found anything that's helped them. Will these workouts help shape them up and lose inches in a decent amount of time?   • @TheMslara26 Nope -- do what's best for you -- don't start out TOO heavy though to make sure you avoid injury

  • looks easy and fun but is mf tiring >_< How long would it take for us to see the effects? Say I exercise 4 times a week. Would it take a month? Or longer? :/

  • @kznck Depends on the type of results you want and making sure your diet is in check -- diet is key to seeing any type of results -- but yes following a workout program for a month - 4x a week will help you to see some results

  • @WomensAbWorkout thanks for the response! To be honest I am not on a diet... I'm 160cm - 48 kilos. I have an awful appetite, I eat like 8 times a day, little each time. so.. I'll just think twice before eating a candy bar.. But since my weight is like ok for my height, I just, stop eating any more than the usual, and exercise as much as I can. Hope that'd help me slim a bit.. I just have zero control over my hunger xD as long as I'm not considered chubby..

  • @kznck What types of foods are you eating when you eat? Having an appetite is okay but making sure you feed your hunger with foods full of fiber will help you control your hunger/appetite and make sure you are eating better -- preventing you from eating a candy bar! :) Send me a message if you have any more specific questions and I'll give you my email address!

  • @nekyo If you are going to do the whole routine (which will help you get the best results) I'd say do this at least twice a week with a 24-48 hour window of rest inbetween -- giving your body the break time will help you recover and have a more effective workout

  • @coastalmum you can use the cable unit with the velcro strap attachment around your ankle or side lying leg lifts !
