  • Haha

  • brilliant!

  • I like the line about shielding the wash from the "crazed eyes of degenerate perverts"!

  • Still my favorite vid on clothes line operation. Inspired me to construct my "Clothes Whirly" and post the vid of it on YouTube.

  • omg hurry get the unmentionables!!!

  • I thoroughly enjoyed this video! I too hang my clothes out to dry, but I don't bother pulling socks right side out because socks tend to stretch more when wet. I pull it right side out when it's dry =).

  • This is hilarious. What's really too funny is I hang all unmentionables in the middle lines!

  • LOL! She mixed matched the pegs on the sheet, and it attracted birds!

  • Glad to know that hanging clothes is the same all round the world. It is a dying art. Clothes are put wrong side out with the thickest washing facing the sun. Most washing shd be dried about the same time and collected tog without being in the sun longer than nec ;) Sun-kissed sheets/towels smell so good.

  • I learnt this way, and if i was still using the clothes hoist they would be hung like this........old habits die hard..... :-D

  • Mixed matched pegs draws the birds? Really? I didn't know this.

  • I thoroughly enjoyed this:) Mrs. Jenkins seems a bit obsessive-compulsive, although some of it helps. I don't use 3 pegs per towel, I just give the ends a tug when I fold to bring them back to shape. I'd like to see a video on folding the clothes when they are taken off the line. Thanks for the chuckle:)

  • Thanks Mumbuck, I think Mrs Jenkins may start doing some "obsessive-compulsive" research into folding.

  • this vid gives me hope for the future

  • omg im so doing this the next time i hang out the washing woah man wat a time saver :P

    lol

    xx

  • Funny! Creative! Thanks so much for sharing...I needed a chuckle today:).

  • My mother would say "well done" ona fine hanging out of clothes.

  • God love ya Joyce. And to your Mum also for passing on her wisdom.

  • My mother had a "hissy fit" it clothes were not hung correctly for drying. All pants were to be hung by the hem matching each pant, and all shirts were to be matched at the end corners und upside down, this is because the waists of the pants and the shoulders/colars were heavier, pulling out the wrinkles. All socks were to be hung with their mate, and by the toe. I am middle age and still to this day hang out my wash in the same manner, for Momma's ways worked.

  • Very cool. :)
