First I got all the Mario sound effects and music that I wanted off of random websites and saved the files to my computer. I put the stopmotion pictures together in a movie editor and it's pretty simple to lay audio tracks, but Windows movie maker only has one track for audio so I had to do the music first, export the file and import it as a new video then add his voices. With multi-track editors it should be easier, just importing and laying down the audio.
