@sunshinebabys I used to get that, try to make sure you don't get any in you eyes as it will sting and make your eyes water and have to do it over again. If applying to your waterline I found lining it with a normal pencil eye liner then apply the liquid liner, as it stopped the liquid one from running into my eyes.

I hate using eyeshadow for eyeliner/on the water line. even if i wet it my eyes get irritated and yes I've tried multiple brands and still same result. Nothing happens if i use it for eyeliner. Can you get a natural look using harsh gel liners?
