I thought Hyouton was something Haku's clan and the people from the Land of Snow could only learn. Is there two different styles of Hyouton (ice release)?

um actually no he ice style isnt kekkei genkai because kekkei genkai is something your born with someone can learn an ice style jutsu. probably kakashi was being a retard and said something wrong because kekkei genkai is something like a byakugan you cant get the byakugan from a sharingan so ya...

It's so stupid how kakashi does an ice style jutsu but he explains, in shippuden, that the ice chakra nature is a kekkei genkai and they can't use it unless they are from that clan.
